NCDC ELECTION – November 2022
During this Council, the NCDC will be conducting an election.
Here are the basic rules:

(1) WHO MAY VOTE?

A member of a NCDC Church who has REGISTERED for AT LEAST ONE COUNCIL SESSION PRIOR to the November 2022 Council.

Qualified voters must be at least 18 years of age. (This age requirement does not apply for voting in the Youth Department.)

In order to be admitted to the polling location, you MUST be wearing a NCDC BADGE (obtained at the registration desk). Your badge must be marked as “ELIGIBLE VOTING MEMBER”.

Each voter may only vote ONCE.

Each voter must vote IN-PERSON. No Proxy or Absentee voting will be allowed.
(2) WHEN ARE THE POLLS OPEN?​
The voting polls will be open during the following dates & times:

Thursday (11/10), From (2-4 pm);

Thursday (11/10), for 1 hour after Thursday night service
-
Friday (11/11), From (9-11 am);
-
Friday (11/11), From (2-4 pm);
-
Friday (11/11), for 1 hour after Friday night service; and
-
Saturday (11/12), From (9-11 am).

(3) NO CAMPAIGNING IS ALLOWED at the NCDC Council location during the NCDC Council sessions. NO CAMPAIGNING IS ALLOWED at the polling location. NO CAMPAIGNING IS ALLOWED at the Registration desk. NO RESUMES, LETTERS, SLATE SUGGESTIONS, VOTING SUGGESTIONS ARE ALLOWED TO BE DISTRIBUTED at any of these locations stated above.
