CHAIRMAN

Bishop K.R.Woods is The Bishop on a Mission. He was called to the ministry at an early age and now celebrates over thirty years of service to the Body of Christ.

Bishop K.R.Woods has traveled extensively across the United States as an evangelist and seminar speaker. He has held several offices in the local church, community organizations and as District Elder in the 16th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Northern California District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Bishop K.R.Woods is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Covenant Worship Center in Berkeley, California.

 

The congregation he serves is considered to be one of the fastest growing churches in the San Francisco East Bay. To date Bishop K.R.Woods ministerial accomplishments are a BAThD from Shiloh Bible College, the establishment of the City Help Mobile Free Clinic, the Covenant Word Television Broadcast, the City Help Feeding and Homeless Ministries, and the Random Acts of Kindness Outreach Ministry; as well as a host of other great accomplishments. He is an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc and the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area Finally, Bishop K.R.Woods stands upon the words of Jesus, "that he came not to be ministered unto, but to minister. His commission is to heal the broken hearted; preach deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind; to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord." (St. Luke 4:18,19)
